Florence, cradle of the Renaissance and full of beauty, offers the visitor countless historical and artistic treasures: from our bed and breakfast you can reach it by car in about 40 minutes, parking comfortably in the underground car park of Santa Maria Novella Station or you can leave in train from the stations of Borgo a Buggiano or Montecatini Terme and always arrive at the train station of Santa Maria Novella from which to explore the wonders of Florence.

Church of Santa Maria Novella, immediately opposite the central station square famous for the Trinità del Masaccio, the frescoes by Filippino Lippi in the Strozzi Chapel and those by Domenico Ghirlandaio in the Tornabuoni Chapel.
Continuing the walk along the shopping streets (from Via Panzani, via de Cerretani) you reach the splendid Piazza del Duomo, where in one space are contained centuries of art and beauty: the facade of Santa Maria del Fiore, the bell tower of Giotto (on which you can get paid, and offers a spectacular view of the Florentine center), the unmistakable Brunelleschi's Dome, the Baptistery of San Giovanni.

Going back along the Via dei Calzaiuoli you reach Piazza della Signoria, where simply turning around you the eye comes across each eye on an icon of the city: from the fountain of Neptune to Palazzo Vecchio, to the Loggia dei Lanzi.

Palazzo Vecchio is the seat of the Municipality of Florence and an example of excellence of fourteenth-century civil architecture
Turning the corner you reach the Piazzale degli Uffizi, where is the entrance to the most important Italian museum and which houses the most important masterpieces of Italian art.
